You can contact us to change the email tied to your account between seasons, but we can’t allow you to change it during a season. Please submit an email to support@UltimateGamer.com to get this process started.

Yes. There will be daily videos of player submissions and highlighted curated content during competitions.

Yes, you must have the games installed on your computer or console to play and track stats. This is required for our online portion of the event. During the live event everything will be provided for you.

Phase 1 launches on March 1st, 2021. During this time, you can participate in two competitions!

Phase 1 is a 4-week open competition where we’ll be introducing the new Ultimate Gamer platform for players. Every Tuesday of that month, a new challenge will be announced. Also, our road to the Ultimate Gamer Championship. The best players then move onto Phase 2, the details of which will be announced.

Ultimate Gamer Arena is free. However, there are subscription packages available that grant you access to special perks.

Ultimate Gamer can be played on Tuesday through Sunday. Monday is used to reset all data for the following week. Phase 1 will start on March 1st, 2021.

Ultimate Gamer Arena works together with a third-party software products to track all game play and allow Ultimate Gamer Arena to put it onto our leaderboards. This means that Ultimate Gamer Arena must be running on your PC or you must be sending Ultimate Gamer your game play stream on Console while you are gaming.

The Road to Ultimate Gamer is a 3 and a half month long competition starting online and ending with a live event. For phase 1, players will choose a platform and the games of their choice. So if you play on PC you will join the PC division. If you play console you will join the console division. Next you will select at least two games of our approved games from any genre: Battle Royale, Sports, Fps, etc… Let’s say you choose FortNite and Mortal Kombat. You will then have 4 weeks of different exciting challenges between the 2 games. At the end of those 4 weeks, if you rank high enough, you will qualify and move on to Phase 2. Phase 2 consists of 4 weeks of play across all genres in games chosen by Ultimate Gamer. This is where you will be truly tested in your ability to play across all genres of games. At the end of Phase 2’s 4 weeks 200 players will be chosen to compete for the $1-million prize purse in the live event Championship where 1 player from each division will win and be named the Best Gamer on Earth.

You can see your overall rank on your Ultimate Gamer Dashboard. To do this, please follow these instructions:

  1. Open Ultimate Gamer Arena
  2. Log into Ultimate Gamer Arena
  3. Locate your profile in the top left corner of Ultimate Gamer Arena
  4. Your rank will display under your profile image

Ultimate Gamer Arena is an application that allows you to participate in online events where you can compete against other gamers for cash prizes.

Yes! Any gamer from around the globe is eligible to participate in these events!

Yes, you can win event challenges available to members with no paid membership and use the money won to purchase a paid subscription.

Once you have won a challenge, the cash amount will be added to your account’s balance. You may use this balance to either purchase in-client items (such as a subscription), or deposit it to your bank account.

Members who purchase a subscription to a paid membership will have access to more events and rewards, and they will also earn bigger cash prizes than non-paid members.

All members are eligible for the free to enter events on our events page. Members with a subscription are eligible to both the free to enter events, and the exclusive subscription events they will earn access to once they purchase a subscription.

Ultimate Gamer Arena works together with a third-party software products to track all game play and allow Ultimate Gamer Arena to put it onto our leaderboards. You must activate the challenge and Ultimate Gamer Arena must be running on your device in order for it to track and update your progress to the leaderboards.

In Ultimate Gamer Arena, locate your profile in the top left corner and your rank will display under your profile image.
